We have the Principal of the school we shall call them John.  John has never worked in an international school.  John has been heard to be offensive towards other teachers.  John was heard to be complaining about attendance and punctuality to the Head of Secondary saying "its because they are Muslim and its their normal"  John does not know how to handle a difficult conversation and will scream at you and say very mean things.  John prefers if you are a Caucasian and will be super nice to you.  John was heard to be very offensive towards the old Art teacher and make remarks about the tone of their skin. There is much more to mention about John and the others so stay tuned.

Winston is new to their role.  He has never held this position before so clearly was anxious understandably.  Tell me why Winston had no idea that his student was allowed to use their mobile phone for diabetes and instead saw them with it in lesson and snatched it out of their hand.  Not only snatch they twisted the student's wrist almost whilst doing it.  Understandably the mother of student called the police and Winston was arrested.  Winston had an investigation by the ministry of education. Winston was eventually allowed back as the parent clearly decided not to pursue the matter. 

Once upon a time there was a Head of Secondary called Ronald.  Ronald worked at another I S P school as Head of Secondary, sadly Ronald was not very good at their job and Ronald got fired.  Ronald didn't know how to lead the school nor did he know how to lead students. so what did Ronald do?  He got a job at Durham.
